Who is Lynette Graham?

I paint in oils and use my own photographs to transform the blank canvas into a vibrant and unique painting.  This then has the opportunity of becoming the heart and soul of my fabric design.

For a long time I had a passion for fabric, but it was only over a conversation in 2017 with my niece that set in motion this journey.  I spoke to her about an idea I had of designing fabric from my paintings.  I will always remember her enthusiasm and her eyes wide with excitement.  Within four months of being diagnosed with a very rare cancer, she died only 13 years old.  It was the most brutal and heart-breaking moment and my desire for fabric design morphed.  The need to help create life-changing wishes for children with critical illness began.
